SISTO: Sanitary Diaphragm Valves
SISTO Sanitary Diaphragm Valves are designed and manufactured in Luxembourg and exceed CIP/SIP requirements. These valves are highly customizable in design. With off-the-shelf or highly customized and complex designs produced with additive manufacturing are available.
Highlights:
- Self-draining design with a fixed mark to indicate the correct self-draining angle. Dead volume is also minimized to ensure maximum sterility.
- Space-efficient designs, valve actuators are smaller than the valve body. Allowing for compact designs.
- The diaphragm and valve body are designed to minimize wear and eliminate contamination points
- Body and diaphragm design eliminates the need to retighten bolts as a maintenance procedure
- Available with butt welded, clamp, sterile flange and other end connection types.
- Pressures up to 16 Bar (232 psi) and 140 °C (284 °F) at the same time
- Available Materials: 316 Stainless Steel, Hastelloy, and other materials upon request.
