Drum & Container Pumps

Battery-operated hand-held drum pumps offer the flexibility to easily move liquids with almost no setup. Need a pump with more power? Lutz pumps can also be equipped with 3-phase motors. These designs can also be specified with a polymer construction to make them chemically resistant to most acids, bases and other harsh products. IBC container pumps are available for low or zero-headroom mounting options. These pumps directly connect to the bottom outlet of the IBC container and can provide the necessary head pressure to fill the container.

Compressed Air Diaphragm Pumps

As applications continue to evolve and become more complex, users have the option to select from a range of materials, including high-quality thermoplastics or various metals.

Pumps constructed from glass fibre-reinforced polypropylene (PP) and carbon fibre-reinforced polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) stand out due to their superior mechanical durability and exceptional resistance to harsh and concentrated acids and bases.

Besides some plastic versions, all metal pumps comply with the current ATEX directive, making them explosion-proof and suitable for transferring flammable or highly combustible liquids in ATEX Zone 1.

Dosing Pumps

Lutz-Jesco has developed special metering pump solutions for each area of application. Their extensive range of products starts from cost-effective, magnetically-operated diaphragm dosing pumps, motor-driven diaphragm dosing pumps, to piston dosing pumps for high-pressure requirements. Lutz Pumps are used for dosing fluids with highly varied viscosities, chemically aggressive, and abrasive or emit gases.
